This is one of our long-time family favorites. It’s been sold in the Neiman Marcus Christmas catalog and served at countless dinner parties and catering events. You’re going to enjoy making this almost as much as serving it. But we promise you and your guests will enjoy eating it even more. Have fun with this one.
- 1 – 2.5 oz. Candied Jalapeno Topper
- 1 – 2.5 oz. Sweet Pepper Topper
- 1 – 2.5 oz. Raspberry Chipotle Topper
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese(Sharp Cheddar and pepper Jack Blend)
- 2 cups Shredded Smoked Gouda
- ½ cup diced Green Bell Pepper
- ½ Cup diced Red Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp Granulated Garlic
- ¼ tsp Granulated Onions
- ¼ tsp Ground Chipotle Pepper
- ¼ tsp Salt
- Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, line mini Bundt Pans with plastic Wrap, divide cheese into 3 mini Bundt Pans, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Unwrap , invert Bundt Pans on platter and top with our Snappetizer – Toppers.
- Serve with Crackers or Fresh Veggies
